E-cigarette has a battery,heating element and catridge that holds nicotine and other liquids.The harmful effects are less when compared to cigarettes as E-cigarette don't burn to give smoke.Using an E-cigarette is called as VAPING.Some of them have refillable catridges and rechargeable battery.
