Coconut water :





                           If there is a fruit that can bear water better than all the rest then it is the coconut.  Lets see the benefits of coconut below.

1 . Weight Loss :
                            Coconut water is extremely low in fat. It will make us feel fuller than the water we normally drink because of its rich mineral content. (Calcium, Phosphorous, Sodium,Magnesium, Potassium).

2 . Skin Health :
                           Coconut water cures acnes and gives our skin a shiny glow.

3. Hydration:


                           Coconut water promotes hydration and it is better than any other energy and sports drinks. It contains double the amount of Potassium(294 mg) than any other energy drinks. Sodium content is 21 mg in coconut water whereas 41 mg in energy drink. Sugar content(5 mg) is five times less than the energy drinks.

4. Blood Pressure :


                            Coconut water is a natural controller of blood pressure for our body whereas electrolytes in food may trigger the blood pressure if found in disproportionate amount.



 
                            Less mature the coconut, higher the mineral content in it.
